Getting Started with Smoov
- Download and Register
Install the Smoov app from your device’s app store and create an account:
- Add Payment Methods
Link your payment options, such as charge cards, credit cards or debit cards.
- Locate and Navigate
Use the Smoov app to find Allego charging stations, check real-time availability, and get directions.
Using Smoov at Charging Stations
- Initiate Charging
At the station, open the app and select the charger. You can start the session directly through the app.
- Monitor Your Session
The app provides real-time updates on your charging status, including speed and kWh added.
- Complete the Session
Stop the charging through the app, and the payment will be processed automatically.
